Team workshops

Extended DISC

Behavioural analysis through the Extended DISC model provides an in-depth understanding of not only your own, but also your teams preferred behaviours. Individual de-briefs are an option for individuals wanting to gain a thorough understanding. Individualised reports and team reports can be created to maximise a true understanding of behaviours. It is expected through this workshop each individual will learn about their own and their teams strengths, weaknesses, motivators, stresses and communication preferences.

Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence is the ability to identify and manage your own emotions and the emotions of others. The Emotional Intelligence workshop delivers information about what emotional intelligence is and the importance of it within the workplace. It has been noted recently that emotional intelligence (EQ) is possibly just as important as intelligence (IQ). This workshop covers values and beliefs, team purpose, team guidelines, people and performance.

High Performing

The High Performing team workshop covers the subjects of culture and values, developing team skills, conflict in the workplace, team trademark and team behaviours. We also have the opportunity to complete Leadership Peer Assessments. Through this we discuss each individuals performance and seek out a full 360 view for each member of the team to assess what the individual can stop, start and keep doing.
